Online Auction FAQ (Table)

-Blue Point can only be used on a buyer’s premium and V.A.T payments.

-1 Blue Point worths 1 KRW. Payment by Blue Point is available when 10,000 or more Blue Points have accumulated.

-Blue Point is provided to a member after a full payment process has been accomplished.

 However, the amount paid by Blue Point is excluded from total Blue Point payment.

-Blue Point benefits following membership upgrade are available on the first day of every month if qualified.

-The validation of Blue Point may vary and it will be expired automatically due to the date specified.

A buyer's premium is calculated as 18% of the item's hammer price including VAT.

VAT will be applied to your total purchase amount when you make a payment; however, it is refundable for a foreign customer’s international shipping. 

Previews are special exhibitions which allow you to survey auction entries offline and inspect the condition of art piece(s). 

This gives you the opportunity to both visually review each artwork directly and listen to its description narrated live.

AuctionBlue contacts you when you won a bid via phone and email.

A winning bidder will make a payment within seven (7) days from a winning bid date.

For international shipping, a winning bidder should be required to ship their winning items by themselves. AuctionBlue customer center will advise when this is necessary.

Collectors can sell their items on our mobile “Price It“ application.

AuctionBlue specialists appraise the condition and value of your items.

After appraisal, collectors can request for a consignment and private sale their items under our procedure.

Before you can bid you have to register. 

Please create an online account to participate in auctions, previews, ongoing, and upcoming auctions. 

If your bid in a live auction is successful, you'll receive the information: payment and shipping details from AuctionBlue. 

To request a consignment, please download our mobile application “Price It” to appraise your items.

AuctionBlue will contact you after upload basic information and pictures of your items. 

(Price it app is only available in Korean Google playstore and Appstore.)

Collectors can register by selecting LOGIN/JOIN on right top of AuctionBlue website.

AuctionBlue does a simple personal verification only once during registration for a safety reason by mobile.

Authenticity is guaranteed on all luxury and art items unless stated otherwise.

Select ‘Quick Shipping’ option as your shipping method when you place an order.

Additional fee may apply for 'Quick Shipping’.

Virtual account is a temporary bank account for a remittance deposit order.

Virtual account and order is terminated if the payment (deposit) is not confirmed before 11:59 pm.

Customer can track their order via ‘Order History’ page. “Track Order” button will be displayed after the payment is received.

Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail which contains tracking number(s).

Yes, cancellation and refund are allowed.

Restrictions may apply. Please see the ‘Product Description’ section.

To cancel an order or to request a refund click ‘Cancel/Refund’ button at the top of ‘Order Details’ page.

  1. Credit Card

    [Cancellation within 24 hours]

    · Cancel all purchased items: 24 hours

    · Cancel partial purchased items: 2~3 business days


    [Cancellation after 24 hours]

    · 3 ~7 business days after ‘Cancel/Refund’ request approval

    Credit card transaction will be canceled up to 2~5 days to process as soon as your ‘Cancel/Refund’ request is approved.

  2. Virtual Account

    1~2 days after ‘Cancel/Refund’ request approval

    Note: International cancellation and refund may take longer than indicated.

Cash receipts are available if the payment was processed via Virtual Account. To request a cash receipt, please check the box labeled 'Issue Cash Receipts.
